Manifestations: Heartbeat (Anahat-sound that is without percussion).

Causes of catch: 

Extreme physical & mental activity, 
bad heartfelt relations (especially mother’s), 
outside attention, 
fear
( physical ) hatha yoga, 
drugs, 
no seeking, 
no faith in God, 
anti-God activities.
