Gross expression: Heart organ and left cardiac plexus.

Place on hand: Left little finger.

Manifestations: Heartbeat (Anahat-sound that is without percussion).

Causes of catch: 

Extreme physical & mental activity, 
bad heartfelt relations (especially mother’s), 
outside attention, 
fear
( physical ) hatha yoga, 
drugs, 
no seeking, 
no faith in God, 
anti-God activities.

Cells (citizens) of England have to be extra careful about falling prey to any of the vices stated above. Take rest, relax enough, introspect, focus on inner awakening, seek joy - rest of the world awaits your awakening!
